"Play in a Day" Coming June 21
On Thursday, June 21, BCCT will host, "Play in a Day," a one-day drama workshop where youth come in the morning and perform a show later in the day. No auditions, everyone gets an equal-sized part in a fun and wacky show. A free performance is held in the afternoon. All family members and friends are invited to attend the show. "Play in a Day" is open to all area youth between the ages of 6 and 14. Registration is $20 per child. Community theater has a vibrant history in Baldwin City, and we want you to be a
part of it. We strive to be the premier community theater group in the region,
and your participation will help us reach that goal.
We constantly seek new members. All it takes is an interest in theater. You
might ask: "What am I expected to do as a member?" You will have the opportunity
to be involved in any area of the theater where you have an interest: acting,
singing, dancing, choreography, set design, costumes, lighting. You are limited
only by your imagination. You might audition and become part of a cast in one of
our productions. You might work on one of our fund-raising projects. You might
show your support through a monetary gift.
We know there is a wealth of theater talent in Baldwin City. Step forward and
show us your talent, and we'll make it worth your while.
